PD-PUMP

Bơm Clyde PD-Pump là một biến thể của Băng tải Clyde tiêu chuẩn và được sử dụng rộng rãi trong ngành công nghiệp nặng để vận chuyển bụi và các vật liệu lưu động tương tự với hiệu suất cao và thông lượng lớn trên 200 - 800m.

Máy bơm PD được trang bị Van mái vòm đầu ra được vận hành độc đáo để tối đa hóa mật độ pha của hệ thống nhằm đảm bảo việc sử dụng khí nén hiệu quả nhất trong suốt chu kỳ tryền tải.

Wide Range of Sizes Available:

• These machines range from 0.08 - 4.2 cu.m giving it a respectable conveying capacity ranging from 1.0 - 100 tph at distances up to 800m

Various Fluidising Discharge Aids:

• Internal skirts, fluidising ports, OBCR and ABR can be added to ensure flow is consistant

Single or Multi-outlet Configuration:

• Can be configured with multiple machines onto a single dedicated conveying pipeline when used in conjunction with our Dome Switch Valve

Heavy Duty Pneumatic Valves:

• Fitted with the original Dome Valve throughout, the PD-Pump is highly reliable even in the most difficult of applications

• Standard nylon piping can be upgrading to suit plant specification (stainless, copper, UPVC coated copper etc)
