SV0G - Optimized for small cabs

This control station is suitable for small control cabins due to the optional folding seat. The side consoles provide plenty of space for a wide range of installation elements, whether for simple or complex control tasks. The foldable hinge covers as well as the removable side covers ensure easy wiring.

SV1C - Optimized for complex applications

For the control of complex machines and cranes in ports and industrial facilities, robust, fixed or rotary control stations areused. For these tasks Spohn + Burkhardt has developed the SV1C series, diverse configurable control stations in a modular system.

We deliver the optimal control station for your application completely wired, tested, with built-in joysticks, control elementsand electronic devices, as plug-and-play version fordirect installation, with optional cabin.

For the perfect coordination of operating and sitting and forrelaxed, fatigue-free working, the ergonomically designed SV1C offers a variety of settings. In order to adapt to the individualbody size our quality comfort seats allow longitudinal, height, and tilt adjustment. We offer a standard lumbar support, an optional cutout in the seat cushion is available.

The side consoles, in standard rectangular shape, with flat orinclined console covers provide plenty of space for the optimalpositioning of control elements and for the installation of electronic modules and terminal bars.

The base of the control station forms a 2 mm sheet steel hollowbridge. It is placed on a low-backlash, ball-bearing turntableor a rigid foot and offers interior space for the rotarymotion mechanism, the clamping bar and for terminal blocks.

It also serves as a support for the large side panels, the comfortableseat and is a flange point for a footrest.

Other amenities such as a comfortable seat in genuine leather with matching headrest, a pneumatic seat suspension with automatic weight adjustment, mechanical longitudinal adjustmentof the side consoles, adjustable footrest or monitor holderare available.
