The explosion proof, SOR V2 Hi-Lo temperature switch operates on a vapor-pressure thermal system. Fluid vapor pressure changes in a predictable manor according to the influence of temperature on a sensing bulb. It actuates/deactuates a snap-action piston assembly at a discrete process temperature.

The V2 model features two discrete sensing assemblies and two separate set points with two separate hermetically sealed switch outputs all in a single, housing.  The Dual Hi-Lo V2 temperature switch can signal at minimum and maximum temperatures. It is field adjustable and tamper resistant making it a convenient choice for just about any industry. The designation “V2“ indicates special housing to accommodate the hermetically sealed switches. Ranges from -50⁰F to 1000⁰F
